Firstly, the first impression is very important to me and to all of guests, from the check-in My first impression was excellent when Ms. Asma meeting us she gave us me and my family great welcoming and she was very helpful and friendly with us at all. This is first time and not the last because of her , So i made Memberships with you i will be your guest and i will advise my friends and all who wanna to come to Abha to visit this place , So again i would like to thank to Ms. Asma and Mr.AbdulWahab. This is the newest and best hotel in Abha. I enjoyed my stay there and really recommend it if you want good services and clean and classy rooms.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. We appreciated the convenient location and the well-designed studio room. The kitchen was adequately equipped with basic necessities and utensils for cooking. The quality of the shampoo and shower gel provided by Citadines was excellent. The staff provided great customer service throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay due to the swimming pool being under maintenance.

Weekend Stay Positives: Location (easy to get there). Location (nearby shopping centers). Welcoming staff. Valet parking. Design and decorations. Cleanness & housekeeping. Helpful friendly staff (Director Mr Naif Dhamri). Amazing view on the balcony. Well clean prepared setting and bed rooms. Delicious items for breakfast. Areas of Improvement: Crowded booking (you need book early).
