Description

Chi Spacca is the brainchild of Celebrity Chef, Nancy Silverton, a restauranteur and visionary from Los Angeles. Her love for the ingredients and culture of Italy began many years ago on a memorable holiday to the region. She was the first restauranteur in Los Angeles to make her own charcuterie, inspired by the delicate meats she discovered in Italy.

Chi Spacca's menu is a tribute to her unwavering commitment to Italian cuisine, including meat, and it has earned her much recognition throughout the United States for its originality, slow food, and delicious meats. In 2017, Nancy was featured in Netflix's documentary series "Chef's Table".

Chi Spacca Riyadh has a focus on how an Italian butcher would cook, so it's a great spot for carnivores. Chi Spacc actually mean "She (or he) who cleaves”. It specializes in open-fire grilling and wood-oven cooking. Even if you have vegetarian friends, they can join you at this spot, as the original LA outpost is popular among the plant-based crowd for its California-meets-Italian food served in an exciting way.

It’s great restaurant, the ambience is very welcoming and charming. Food is pretty good, Steak some Italian classics and amazing service, staff knowledgeable and nice. Thank you for Mohamed Algerian, I recommend to everyone and I like to come back again here.

Delicious restaurant from the side of broccoli down to the wagyu steak, every meal we ordered tasted amazing, steak was perfectly cooked and was juicy, fries perfectly salted. Service by Mandela was excellent. Deserves the time out Riyadh award of best steakhouse. 👍👍

Amazing restaurant, quite pricy but worth it. We had the beef croquettes, we had the veal meatballs, pepper streak, and beef and bone marrow pie with a side of herb roasted aubergines. I would not recommend the herb roasted aubergines as a side, nor would I recommend the beef croquettes as they didn’t WOW me, and Caroline and the manager were so kind enough to remove the aubergines as we did not enjoy it. The steak, the meat pie, and the veal meatballs were mouth-watering, delicious and amazing. The steak was a perfect mix of sweet and savory, it was insane how delicious that beef was - filled with flavour. I also want to give a big thank you to Caroline, thank you for being so kind, so lovely and so attentive - you made the evening 1000000x better. Thank you!

The restaurant provided a delightful dining experience with excellent food and attentive service. The steak and banana pie were particularly enjoyable. The only minor downside was the music selection. Overall, highly recommended for a satisfying meal in a pleasant atmosphere. A special Thanks for Ms.Aymara and Carolina for great service and lovely personality

If you are a steak lover ,you would love this place, Fresh food Steak cooked perfectly Mashed potato is amazing,so creamy Chicken pie ? good one Roast chicken is very nice besides, the way it severed was very professional
